Guide to Managing Billing in Altru

Altru offers flexible subscription plans to suit the needs of your organization. Follow these steps to choose a plan and manage your billing details.

Selecting a Subscription Plan

  1. Log In to Your Account

    • Open your web browser and go to Altru’s website: www.altru.ai.

    • Click on the Log In button and enter your credentials.

  2. Navigate to Subscription Plans

    • Once logged in, navigate to the Dashboard.

    • Click on the Billing icon on the left sidebar to access the subscription options.

  3. Choose Your Plan

    • Review the available plans and select the one that best suits your organization's needs. Options may include:

      • Basic Plan: Ideal for small nonprofits, includes unlimited reports, users, and storage for $24.99 per month.

      • Premium Plan: Perfect for organizations that publish multiple reports per year, with additional features for $39.99 per month.

  4. Subscribe Now

    • Click on the Subscribe now button under your chosen plan to proceed.

Entering Billing Information

  1. Billing Details Prompt

    • After clicking Subscribe now, you will be prompted to enter your billing information. This includes your credit card details for processing the payment.

  2. Enter Credit Card Information

    • Fill in the required fields, including:

      • Card Number

      • Expiry Date

      • CVV (Card Verification Value)

  3. Confirm and Subscribe

    • Review all the details you’ve entered. Once confirmed, click on the Confirm and Subscribe button to finalize your subscription.

Managing Your Subscription

  1. Accessing Billing Information

    • To view or manage your billing details, go to the Billing section in the dashboard.

  2. Updating Payment Method

    • You can update your payment method by entering new credit card details. Ensure the new card information is saved to avoid interruptions in service.

  3. Viewing Billing History

    • In the Billing section, you can also view your billing history, including past payments and invoices.

  4. Upgrading or Downgrading Your Plan

    • If you need to change your subscription plan, you can do so in the Billing section. Select the desired plan and confirm the change.

  5. Cancelling Your Subscription

    • To cancel your subscription, follow the cancellation process outlined in the Billing section. Note that canceling may affect access to certain features and services.
