To use a custom domain for your reports in Altru, follow these simple instructions:
Enter Your Custom Domain
When prompted to enter your custom domain, make sure to exclude 'http://' or 'https://'.
Only enter the domain name itself. For example, instead of entering the full URL, just input:
reports.mywebsite.com
Add a CNAME Record
Go to your domain provider's DNS settings and create a CNAME record.
Set the CNAME record to point your custom domain (e.g.,
reports.mywebsite.com) to:
app.altru.ai
Save Your Changes
Ensure that you save the changes in your DNS settings.
Check Domain Status
Once you have added the CNAME record and saved your settings, return to Altru and check the status of your domain setup.
