To use a custom domain for your reports in Altru, follow these simple instructions:

  1. Enter Your Custom Domain

    • When prompted to enter your custom domain, make sure to exclude 'http://' or 'https://'.

    • Only enter the domain name itself. For example, instead of entering the full URL, just input:
      ​reports.mywebsite.com

  2. Add a CNAME Record

    • Go to your domain provider's DNS settings and create a CNAME record.

    • Set the CNAME record to point your custom domain (e.g., reports.mywebsite.com) to:
      ​app.altru.ai

  3. Save Your Changes

    • Ensure that you save the changes in your DNS settings.

  4. Check Domain Status

    • Once you have added the CNAME record and saved your settings, return to Altru and check the status of your domain setup.
